Decker Jewelry Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Hi All!

Thank you for choosing Decker Jewelry!  We love our customers and are always happy to share our jewelry with new shops!  Here are the terms and conditions we have for your wholesale buying pleasure.

Minimum Order

For customers of Decker Jewelry the minimum is $500. 

How to place order

Please email us at cdeckerjewelry@gmail.com to let us know you are interested in wholesale purchasing.  We will then send the wholesale application form for you to fill out and send back.  Once we receive the completed form we will send you the next steps to take to place your online order through our website. Please also take a look at our website to get an idea of the collection you would like to create for your store.  Wholesale pricing is set up so the more you buy the better the deal!  See below for more details.

Wholesale Pricing

  • All authorized retailers will receive 50-60% off the MSRP.  
  • The more you buy the better the deal!
    • Orders $500-$999 receives 50% off
    • Orders $1000-$2999 receives 55% off
    • Orders $3000 and up receives 60% off
  • Prices are based on current metal markets and exchange rates. Therefore prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to make any corrections if billing errors do occur.  


Decker Jewelry accepts credit card (MasterCard and Visa only) and check payments at this time. However, we will be accepting PayPal and Apple Pay in the near future. 

If paying by check, the check must be received and cleared before order is sent out to buyer.  Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent and in these circumstances we will only charge the customer a $25 returned check fee along with reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.

Net 30 Terms

At this time Net 30 is only approved on a case by case basis.  Please contact us if you’d like to discuss further.

Delivery Window

Most items ship within 2-5 weeks from the time your order is purchased. Larger orders may require more time. Please contact us for information about availability.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling is not included in the cost of goods and can change over time.  We ship all items using the USPS Priority Mail and unless otherwise posted all items are shipped within 2-5 weeks.  Any special shipping requests will incur additional shipping and handling costs. 

Our current shipping and handling fees per the purchase amount are as follows:

  • Up to $200.00 = $9.00
  • $201.00 – $500.00 = $15.00
  • $501.00 – $999.00 = $24.00
  • $1,000.00 – $2,999.00 = $33.00
  • $3,000.00 – $5,000.00 = $42.00
  • More than $5000 is evaluated when order is placed


Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Decker Jewelry at cdeckerjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged shipments.  Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.

Returns must be made in writing directly to Decker Jewelry within 7 days of delivery date, quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Decker Jewelry’s prior approval. Shipping will be charged and the responsibility of the customer.  For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer.
